With a lead time of more than 2 hours, we placed our order for one time. When ordering over the phone, we were warned harshly that we should rather pick up the food ourselves. Since you cannot guarantee that the food will be on time even with more than 2 hours' notice. We were not disappointed here. After we were promised the time from 7:15 pm to 7:30 pm, it arrived as predicted with a 20 minute delay and was also delivered without an apology. Then tried several times in vain on Kesselsdorferstr. call and reach someone after 15 minutes. After trying forever (it was over 1 hour) someone finally answered it. The meal would now be ready and we can pick it up! I beg your pardon??? We explained to the lady that we have paid for a delivery service and that she has to adhere to the valid sales contract, and nowhere was any information that cannot be delivered and that it cannot be that we receive no feedback for ages and only when we then on our own Faust after waiting forever to have someone on the phone will we be told that we should pick up the food? She laughed at us on the phone and said it's the way it is today and she couldn't change it because there was a lot going on and also because of Corona. We then canceled the order and called Kesselsdorferstrasse again. and complained. The man said he is making the food new and we would have to pick it up because there is just too much going on and they can hardly keep up with them. He checked the order again. When we got the food we couldn't believe our eyes. There were 3 cars in front of the shop and inside 1 table was occupied by 3 people. Where was there a lot going on? We took pictures of it. I mean, in the end, they gave themselves away because we could finally pick up the schnitzel that he made again in 30 minutes. Where was there so much going on and, above all, why were there 3 cars outside and 1 table was occupied? The crown was put on it! We were finally home and wanted to eat together (it was my son's birthday) so we had to find out with horror that they didn't even get it baked to make a veggie schnitzel as it was ordered ??? !!! I had a pork schnitzel and don't eat it !!! The evening was over. I disposed of the schnitzel and only ate the small salad and the mushroom sauce that I scraped off beforehand. I then called again and complained. Then the gentleman on the phone told me that something like this cannot happen and that he can no longer understand it. He asked me if I had 1 large or 2 individual schnitzel on it. I said 1 big one and that I can send him a picture if he doesn't believe me. He had then deposited a veggie schnitzel on my phone number that I will get for free next time and apologized succinctly that he cannot change it and it just happened. My parents and the visitor all shook their heads. We have never seen such a bunch of people doing nothing. We felt totally ripped off and fed up. We have never seen anything like it. Incredible, incomprehensible and for us the very last thing you can do with your customers! The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Professionalism equal to zero.

It has subsided so much that I will no longer go there, the staff is no longer up to their tasks, they wanted to give it to me that I had not ordered and had to check everything whether it corresponds to my order. Even the dishes do not correspond to the pictures in the brochures or in the notices I had a lady's schnitzel that looked more like a shoe sole. I used to have two half fruits on it now there are only small columns on it. The quality has deteriorated a lot

Unfortunately, no feedback. Only after several attempts did you get someone on the phone, apologized, but there was still no food ... Children were disappointed, will not order again for the time being.

Were there today and disappointed. Operation very closed. The tables were cleared but didn't see a damp cloth afterwards. Otherwise we were always very satisfied. Whether there will be a next time is in the stars.

It was a bit too long for us, so we decided to pick it up. 30 minutes later the meal was ready, super packed and absolutely delicious and rich. We'd love to come back there ?

We were eating there with the family and were expecting a restaurant, but it is more of a fast restaurant. My potatoes were cold, they told the waitress that it was praiseworthy that they reacted quickly and I got new, warm ones. Otherwise you can say that everyone liked it and the portions were good.

The food was good, but so sad the service of the dinner lady was bad. We just asked if she could talk English. And she was like no. Germany. So we tried our best to talk deutsch. And after that she wasn't nice anymore. Didn't even said :goodbye or anything when we left...

I think it's a shame because you boast that everything is freshly prepared and there is nothing else besides schnitzel. So you should have a competence that we were unfortunately not allowed to experience. The atmosphere is pleasant, maybe a bit cool, but modern. Should we be in Dresden again and have a craving for schnitzel, we would like to give the shop another chance before we recommend it.
